•Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

•Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

 

Non-Returnable Items

•Custom-made or bespoke designs

•Sale or discounted items

•Worn or altered items

 

Refunds

•Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

•Refunds are issued to the original payment method

•Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
