Order Overview

This policy applies to the one-off custom order for an emerald green prom dress featuring:
• Skin-tone net
• Silver appliqués
• Hard and soft net
• Satin fabric
• Front and back beading
• Detailed ball-gown silhouette
• Zip-back closure (not corset/rope back)

Total Cost: £768.38
This price includes consultation, measurements, design development, workmanship, delivery, and applicable taxes.

Order Priority & Production

As the year begins and custom orders increase, we prioritise early fulfilment to avoid production overload and potential order rejection.
For this reason, prompt payment secures your production slot and allows us to commence work immediately.

Payment Structure

To proceed with a phone consultation and measurement taking, a non-refundable deposit of £300 is required.

• Apple Pay

After measurements are taken, the remaining balance of £468.38 will be due.

• Beading patterns and placement may differ slightly depending on body measurements and dress proportions.
These variations are normal in bespoke garment creation and do not constitute a defect.

• Measurements will be taken carefully to ensure the best possible fit.
• We aim to avoid alterations; however, any necessary alterations will be handled by us at no additional cost.
• Delivery fees related to alterations (if required) are not included and will be the client’s responsibility.

By making the initial deposit, the client confirms understanding and acceptance of this policy, including payment terms, timelines, design variations, and the non-refundability of all payments.
